Eddie & Vinny's is more than a restaurant—it is a celebration of family, community and the memories that bring us together. Inspired by our fathers, Eddie and Vinny, and carried forward through our sons, who share their names, the concept was created as a deeply personal tribute to the generations that shaped our family.
Our story began in Coral Springs, where, for years, we operated a beloved family business in the very space Eddie & Vinny's now calls home. It was there that we became part of the community, celebrating life's biggest moments with guests who quickly became family. When we moved on from that chapter in 2019, we always knew we would return—honoring the history of the space while bringing new energy, modern creativity and a fresh perspective.
Since opening Eddie & Vinny's in Coral Springs, we have been incredibly grateful to see the restaurant become a gathering place once again. It has been a privilege to welcome familiar faces, meet new families and create another generation of memories around the table. Now, as we prepare to open our next location in Palm Beach Gardens, we are excited to share the Eddie & Vinny's experience with a new community and continue writing the next chapter of our family story.
